This course is designed for professionals who may encounter adults at risk of exploitation, abuse, coercion or home takeover.
It is particularly relevant for:
- Adult Social Care practitioners
- Social workers and safeguarding professionals
- Housing officers and tenancy support staff
- Community safety and anti-social behaviour teams
- Regulatory services
- Police officers and Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs)
- Health professionals, including district nurses, GPs and mental health practitioners
- Drug and alcohol service staff
- Community wardens and neighbourhood teams
